How does freight work?

We offer a variety of freight services so that you can select the one that suits you best.  To get a freight estimate you can click the link and put your postcode and estimated weight of order in the boxes provided and we will show you the cost and time frame to get your parcels to you.


Alternately you can add the items you are interested in to your cart and then click ‘View Cart’.  About halfway down on the left hand side it will say ‘Destination’.  If the destination is incomplete or incorrect click change and put your destination in.  The system will update all the freight pricing and show you all your options.

Do you do wholesale pricing?

We don't have separate wholesale pricing but I think you will find our carton quantities (bulk options, read below for more info) pricing extremely competitive, we aim to get this as close as possible to wholesale pricing levels without the traditional restrictions on registration and large minimum order quantities.  We do also offer a bulk discount of 5%, which will automatically be applied by the website, once your order value reaches $1000.

At MyLollies we are proud to offer the best value of any online confectionery business!  While we try and do this with our huge range and dedicated customer service, we are so confident that we have the lowest prices that we will beat any online advertised price by 5%!  That means you can shop with confidence, knowing that when you purchase from MyLollies you get the best value and the best price!

Terms and Conditions

  • Advertisements must be current and items identical
  • Competitors must have stock available in the quantity requested.
  • Competitors conditions may apply, ie payment type, location, freight, etc.
  • Excludes trade buyers, in store promotions, online auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales to retail quantities (5 per line).
  • To claim under our price beat guarantee simply email lollies@mylollies.com.au with a link to the advertised price!

     

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

Yes!  We try and give you an option to purchase all of our products by the carton as well as by the bag.  To see all of your options use the drop down box, in most cases called ‘Select Size’ to see what other sizes your chosen product is available in.  The pricing and weight will automatically update!


How soon will my order dispatch?

If you order and pay for before 1pm (EDST) on a business day we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email.  If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.


How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa or Mastercard (through the NAB website), PayPal or direct deposit.  If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom.  If you would like to pay by cheque or even cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.


What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have one!  If you only want to get a few lollies just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.


I want to do a lolly buffet, how much will I need?

A tricky one!  This all depends on the product and what affect you are trying to achieve.  As a rough rule of thumb we recommend 150g-200g per person.

Can I get customised bags?

We specialise in customised bags!  There is a customised section of the website with some basic products and pricing or you can call Josh on (03) 9775 0770 and he will help you with any questions you might have.


I am having trouble registering/checking out.

The most likely explanation is that your username is not unique.  We recommend using your email address as this way you can guarantee you will be the only person who selects it, plus it is easier to remember!
